Questions of identity, belonging, and the right to be yourself have gained particular urgency in recent years. The theme of “home,” in its broadest sense, resonates not only with me but also with many people around me. What is “home”? A refuge from the outside world? Or an inner space that is always with you?

As a therapist, I observe that the search for home and one’s place in the world is becoming a central theme for my clients. We live in a world where formal boundaries often matter more than our personal identity. When crossing a border, your interests, values, and even multifaceted identity take a back seat. What comes to the forefront are documents, citizenship, and permissions.

This is one of the central themes of my therapeutic practice. If these questions resonate with you, come and let’s seek the answers together. I am currently working on a reflective article on this topic and would greatly appreciate your thoughts and questions to help make it deeper and more multidimensional.
