Aleksejs Beloglazovs
I am a psychologist, existential therapist, and philosophical counselor, deeply curious about human experiences, relationships, and the search for meaning. With over two decades in organizational management and leadership, I’ve seen how groups are often viewed through an organizational lens, focused on outcomes rather than the individuals within them. This skepticism has shaped my approach, driving me to explore the roots of group dynamics in the unique experiences of each person. I believe true growth begins with understanding individuals—their values, struggles, and aspirations—because every group reflects the people who form it.
