TRANSFORM
As a therapist, I aim to be sincere, attentive and genuinely engaged with my clients. I draw on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and depth-oriented perspectives within Existential Therapy.
I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationship or workplace difficulties, separation or divorce, low self-esteem and other challenging life situations.
With respect, kindness and understanding, I help people build on their strengths and move toward meaningful change.
